This noncredit workshop at American University is designed and led by Professor Chris Palmer, a passionate advocate of personal growth and how people can become successful, productive, and fulfilled.

The workshop is free and open to all AU students, graduates, staff, faculty, and members of the public.

Participants must commit to attending all three meetings.
