Speaker: Chris Haws, certified grief counselor

Grief is a natural response to a bereavement or a loss of any kind, but the distress you understandably feel today need not be incapacitating or unnecessarily prolonged. Chris' approach is help one come to terms with this new reality, while retaining a healthy and positive psychological relationship with the loved ones you have cherished, but who are now no longer physically present. His aim is to help establish strategies for living a fulfilling and joyful life - a life that can be continually enriched by the happy memories of times gone by. Live a life of gratitude, rather than regret.

There is no fee for the conference but registration is required. Donations to WPO are appreciated. Visit www.wpodc.org for more information.

Widowed Persons Outreach (WPO) is a 501(c)3 organization founded to offer community for the bereaved as they navigate the loss of a spouse
