About this event
Presented by New Morning Star Baptist Church and Sibley Memorial Hospital
Join us for an important conversation with Jean M. Harris, Mental Health expert. In Washington, D.C., and nationally, about 22% of older adults (55+) experience some type of mental health concern. This includes conditions like depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses. Many older adults experience life changes that can impact their mental health, such as coping with illness, losing a loved one, financial difficulty, or social isolation. Learn about ways to navigate stress in these troubled times.
