Join us for our next speaker event to hear from Ambassador (Ret.) to Russia, Jim Collins, a career Foreign Service Officer, who has just returned from another visit to Russia; and Naomi Collins, whose book, THROUGH DARK DAYS AND WHITE NIGHTS: Four Decades Observing a Changing Russia, provides a personal sense of what it was like to live in Russia at intervals over four decades.
